sorry i was told by VA Los Angeles to wait on treatment...that there may be better treatment in the futsur.. Don't trust he VA. They want to keep our situation on the down low. I also had genotype 1. I went through a 96 week treatment. Twice as long as the normal protocol. I was on the daily injections of infergen and 1200mg of ribaviran. My treatment ended August of last year. I have zero viral load. My doc say's "miracle". So, don't give up. Toughest thing I ha...

It seems many veterans are discovering they have Hepatitis C. It may be due to the pneumatic innoculations recieved before deploying overseas.
