WASHINGTON (NNS) -- Headlines Ashore and Afloat for the week ending Oct. 20, 2006:

- Potential duty assignments for Individual Augmentees are explained.

- USS Hyman G. Rickover (SSN 709) returns to Norfolk, Va., from its last deployment.
